Adena Brunette LMT
Adena moved to Southwest Florida from upstate New York in late 2004. Adena made her move due to her corporate sales position. After living here for a year Adena decided she no longer wanted to be in sales. While on a vacation in Hawaii with friends for her 30th birthday she received her first massage. Adena was given a massage in a seaside cabana overlooking the Pacific. She fell in love with body work from that very moment!
Upon returning to Fort Myers, Adena immediately began looking into training to become a massage therapist. She graduated from Florida Academy in 2007 and has been utilizing her talent at Westland Chiropractic Clinic since then.
There are several different techniques she uses to help relax and distress muscles; such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Trigger Point Therapy,
In her spare time Adena loves to play beach volleyball, scuba dive in the Keys, and pretty much anything outdoors. She admits, 'It's why I moved to paradise!'
